Teaching Strategy

The present strategy is specially designed for the students of Tribal welfare society who are preparing to appear for the IIT-JAM and other National level PG entrance exams in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science and  Life Sciences. The following are the key features and strategy:

  • Students hailing from different colleges have been brought into a uniform, application oriented  approach which is most supportive to crack the National level competitive exams.
  • Identify slow learners and motivate them towards their highest potential and periodical examination with special focus.
  • The real picture of IIT-JAM and most successful strategy to crack it, has been explained conducting awareness programme and open question session.
  • Students are familiarised with previous questions of IIT-JAM in their respective subjects through teaching, daily practice session and cumulative exams.
  • Every topic that has been taught includes four different stages

1) Teaching the chapter in detail from the basics to the research level including examples from laboratory experiments.

2) Daily practice session to enhance the application oriented approach to the student

3) Chapterwise exam to habituate students with negative marking system and IIT JAM/PG entrance exam orientation, wherever necessary.

4) Analysis and open discussion on every question in the paper to help students face difficult questions and to accelerate the speed of slow learners.

  • Implement cumulated exams and grand test patterns.
  • Train students in online exam mode by conducting MOCK tests in the computer lab.

Examination strategy:

  • Every day exam on the topic of the respective day namely Daily Practice test
  • Stepwise increase in the toughness of exam by conducting three level exams

Level 1) Easy questions and questions made on most important concept

Level 2) Moderate and difficult questions with enhanced application type

Level 3) previously asked questions in various National exams

  • Cumulative exams on 2-3 topics together and interdisciplinary questions
  • Grand tests to get the grip on complete subject
  • Mock test for the online experience for IIT-JAM, HCU and all Central Universities exam
