Spark - Non-Academic Activities

SpARK is an institute meant specially to provide PG entrance exam coaching in Science streams which leaves little room for non academic activities. However, our students are encouraged to be physically active and self-reliant. There are many extremely talented singers, dancers and artists among our students. Students practice yoga and meditation for a healthy mind and a healthy body. They are self-motivated,  well-disciplined and socially responsible students. 

KANHA CAMP:

Kanha Shanti Vanam is a one of its kind place that brings forth a unique blend of a blissfully serene Spiritual Retreat and a well-planned lifestyle supported by modern infrastructure. Magnificent in its conception and design, tranquil in its atmosphere, Kanha blends the beauty of nature with sprawling facilities being built to cater to the future of the Heartfulness movement. It is a world’s largest meditation hall that can hold one lakh people at a time.

Kanha Shanti Vanam is set in the lap of nature amidst the lush green fields of Kanha village, Ranga Reddy District, (around 25 kilometres from the Rajeev Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad), located in the suburbs of Hyderabad close to the Bangalore highway.

On February 7th, 2020, we started from the SpARK institute in the afternoon and reached Kanha by four TSRTC special buses with 161 students and escorted by 5 staff members headed by Sri J. Satheesh Goud, lecturer in physics. A total of about 900 students from all over Gurukulam degree colleges participated in that event.  Deputy Secretary Smt. Padmavathi monitored the program.

At Kanha, they provided free accommodation and meals for all the participants. Students enjoyed the facilities, meditation, books and greenery. Special sessions on morals were conducted for the students. On February 8th, 2020 after Meditation in the morning at 9.00 am, Padma Bhushan Kum. P.V. Sindhu as a special guest told that heartfulness meditation improved her concentration levels in achieving the titles. Later she issued certificates to the toppers in the essay writing computations conducted by Sri Ramchandra Mission in collaboration with United Nations. In the evenings there were musical programmes.

On February 9th, 2020, after the meditation, all the students gathered in N4 satellite hall. Professor Kamaruddin, Asst. Professor Mallika, Heartfulness zonal in charge Sri Krishnarao and Maripeda degree college Principal Sri P. Venkatrathnam addressed the students. Later we had a Photo session with all the with all the Gurukulam students, staff and trainers. After lunch, we came back by TSRTC special busses. This is a memorable field trip which filled the hearts of students with joy and peace.

MEDITATION PROGAMME

Post Kanha field trip, motivated students requested the principal to conduct meditation classes in our college campus. Consequently, in successive 3-days Heartfulness sessions were conducted on February 24th 25th and 26th, 2020. The then Principal Dr. D. Ramesh inaugurated and Sri J. Satheesh Goud Lecturer in Physics coordinated the programme with 183 student participation at SPARK college, Nagaram, Hyderabad.

Heartfulness trainer Smt. V.Uma Kumari presented the sessions and volunteered by the trainers Smt. Sudha Madhuri, Smt. Vanishree, Smt. Malliswari, Sri. N Gopala Krishna  Murthy and Sri. Chandra Kanth. They conducted follow up sessions on every Tuesday with PPT presentation on HELP (Heart Experience Life Potential)

FIELD TRIP REPORT (SMARTBRIDGE SOFTWARE COMPANY)


           Hence, as a part of fieldtrip, B. Sc ( M.PCs) final year students of TTWRDC SPARK, Nagaram went to Smart Bridge, Educational Services Pvt. Ltd, HMT Nagar, Nacharam Main road Hyderabad.

Field Description:

To Understand current market scenario’s, Latest most demanding Technologies & Criteria.

             The main Objective of the Smart Bridge, Educational Services is “Lets Bridge the gap between Academics and Industries”. It is educational Service company.  The Company provides building industry ready program. Next generation talent pool, implementing experimental learning models in technical education. It offers, technical and certification program to students, companies and universities.

 

            Training on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science, Internet of Technologies (IoT), Robotics, Data Analytics, Web Development, etc., with the help of hands-on delivery, mentor support and Real world usecases.

           The Technical Head conducted a very informative session for the students. He gave awareness on emerging technologies how they trained the students.

            This software company give the training on job-oriented courses to the students like Career Readiness program (CRP). They follow learn, practice and Intern methodology, CNGT (Center for next Generation Technologies) lab establishment.

            In this Field visit students were gain knowledge on how to print circuits on chip design, 3D Printing, Face recognition & Traffic signal program.
