SpARK Gym:
A gymnasium is going to be set up at our institute where gymnastics equipment such as bar bells, parallel bars, jumping boards, tread mill, etc are going to be there for body exercise. We believe in holistic approach to life which is why activities that promote fitness and health of students are highly encouraged.
Benefits of going for a gym workout:
Regular exercise helps overall fitness when practiced along with a balanced diet. Regular physical activity aids in preventing or managing a wide range of health conditions, including stroke, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes, depression, certain types of cancer and arthritis. Regular training helps reduce stress and improves mood. Regular weight training improves muscle mass.

Uses of the Equipment:
Multi Gym: Multi gym will help burn calories and fat
Ankle Weight: Ankle weights can be used for strength training exercise.
Tera Band: Proper use of the systems for resistance exercise provides both concentric and eccentric résistance on the muscles improving strength range of motion and muscle balance
Gym balls: They are used to find neutral spine position. Increase balance and stability. Develop overall control and strength of the core body muscles
Rods: Linge, like the squat the lunge targets entire lower body while also challenging balance and coordination.
Dumbbells: They are often used for joint isolation exercises such as biceps, curls, chest flyes or shoulder raises.
Twist: They are beneficial for boosting abdomenal strength, muscle tone and balance. Twisting on a twist board provides an aerobic workout.
Bench Press: The bench press is used for upper body weight training exercise which works on the pictorials major, the ulterior deltoids and the triceps.
We are planning to procure multiple sets of dumbbells and such other tools. On weight machines we intend to set minimal weight to maximum weight to suit user capabilities. All gym equipment is going to be maintained well and in good condition. We ensure good maintenance of cardio machines also. We are planning to have adequate number of machines coorresponding to the number of students who would be using the gym.
