Innovative learner-centered projects are being planned for the students to prepare them for successful careers in higher education. Faculty members are involved in the process of designing projects that are student-centered and application-oriented.

Project-based learning is a teaching method in which students gain knowledge and skills by working for an extended period of time to investigate and respond to an authentic, engaging and complex question, problem or challenge. It allows students to demonstrate her/his capabilities while working independently and to apply desired skills such as doing research. It helps students to work with her/his peers, builds team work and group skills. At Gurukulam level, every year, competitions on project works based on problem-solving are conducted and the best project is awarded.

Project works are handled by final year MPCs students

Computer Science Project:

From MPCs - Computer Science project - Designing and Implementation of Web Page using Scripting Languages

Faculty: A. Rajitha  DL IN COMPUTER SCIENCE

A web page (or webpage) is a specific collection of information provided by a website and displayed to a user in a web browser. A website typically consists of many web pages linked together in a coherent fashion. The name "web page" is a metaphor for paper pages bound together into a book. The core element of a web page is one or more text files written in the Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML). Many web pages also make use of Java Script for dynamic behavioiur and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) code for presentation semantics. images, videos and other multimedia files are also often embedded in web pages.
