The government of Telangana is strongly working for the cause of upliftment of tribal and marginal sections of the society through proper education and employment opportunities. In this endeavour, highly experienced and qualified teachers are appointed in all RDCs through regular recruitment by TSPSC and TREIB respectively. In the academic year 2019-20, the regular lecturer recruitment (No.181) with required SET/NET and many with the highest qualifications as Ph.D. and post-doctoral fellows joined the gurukulam by strengthening its core aim i.e Effective teaching through efficient staff.Apart from the regular lecturers the society has engaged qualified guest faculty to impart quality education to these residential tribal students.
