Career guidance cell
Career guidance cell is intended primarily to assist students in their career planning and provides information that helps the students to give a direction to their aspirations and interests.
The CGC believes in timely counseling and arrange training sessions that enhances the students to compete with the best challenges in industry. Career counseling programs are undertaken periodically by the placement coordinator to guide the students.
It also displays various educational news, job advertisement news, opportunities and career columns on CGC notice board.
Career Guidance Cell is functioning as nodal centre in the college. It consists of Counseling Committee. The Career Guidance Cell functions with the combination of faculty members and student coordinator from all streams.
Objectives:-
- To show the crystal clear path to the students to pursue their higher studies in highly reputed National and International universities.
- To inculcate positive thinking among the students to appear for entrance tests to get admission into the highly reputed institutions with National and International reputation.
- To motivate the students not to stop their education after completion of U.G degree in their respective discipline.
- To enhance the language skills in English along with communication skills and soft skills to excel in all competitive examinations related to TSPSC and other public sector exams such as Banking, Insurance, Navy, Army Railway, DRDO, Staff selection commission and Indian Airlines in addition to civil services examination organized by UPSC Govt. of India.
- To organize coaching classes to the aspiring students for appearing in various competitive exams by subject experts in relevant disciplines.
- To organize seminars, symposiums and workshops in the colleges to promote awareness among the students in their respective disciplines.
- To conduct motivational lectures with much focus on personality development programmes by expert trainers encouraging the students to set long term goals in accordance with their skills and endurance.
- To provide up to date study material to the students with the help of Internet facility and to encourage them to join online courses as per their eligibility and interest.
- To enhance employability skills among the students.
- To focus more light on encouraging challenges related to Higher education.
- To promote entrepreneurial abilities among the students.

Action Plan:
The TTWREI Society has established the TTWRDCs to provide quality education at UG level to the students from marginalized communities of the society. The Society hasn't contented by merely establishing TTWRDCs, it has initiated various programs to ensure the students improve their employability skills while they are in the college. These programs are designed to make sure the students comprehend and learn the important skill sets which are essential for everyone to improve their chances of getting employment in today's competitive world.

100 Hour Program:
100 Hours training is given to the outgoing students to improve and develop their skills which are very useful once they go out from the college to face the competitive world. The training was given in the subjects English, Arithmetic and Logical reasoning, MS-oofice and Soft skills. English classes were conducted by English faculty for 36 hours on grammar and in reading, writing, listening and speaking skills. Arithmetic and Logical reasoning conducted by Maths faculty for 30 hours on arithmetic and reasoning. Ms-office classes were taken by Computer Science faculty for 20 hours. Soft skills classes were conducted by Commerce faculty for 10 hours on group dicussion, JAM, Resume preparation and mock interviews.
Employability Skills Program:
The TTWREI Society has launched ' EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS' program in collaboration with M/s Naandi foundation to train the students of the society in various skills like soft skills, life skills, communication skills, interview skills, Debate, Group discussion, Body language, Resume writing, Project works, presentations etc. 'The Mahindra pride classrooms ', which was tasked to conduct the training, trained the students for one week 15-Dec-2019 to 21-Dec-2019.

MSME Training Program:
In colloboration with Ministry of Micro , small and Medium Enterprise(MSME), Tool Room,Balanagar,HYD, Gurukulam has decided to provide internship program for the selected students of II year B.Sc(MPCs) in different courses related to IT.
The students of second year persuing computer science and interested for summer intership are eligible for the training.
After meeting the selection rules, the following students got selected for the MSME training from our Institution.

PG Entrance Coaching:
As part of the EEE program under the CGC, coaching for PG entrance exams in state, central and other higher education institutions across the country is conducted at college for the final year students. The faculty prepares the material, question bank, model papers etc. by utilizing the available sources in the college. They constantly motivate, encourage, and assist the students to pursue their dreams of securing admission in prestigious higher education institutions.
To make the pg entrance coaching intensive, focussed, and result-oriented, the faculty prepares a detailed schedule for the conducting of the coaching. The faculty conducts weekend, monthly, and grand tests besides everyday tests. The faculty collects all the previous question papers of major universities and institutions for better comprehension of the entrance exams.
The faculty and the students' combined hard work has started to show results as many students from our college are performing well in various entrance exams.

E+ Plus Club
One of the major means of achieving the goals of the Cell is becoming a part of E+ Plus Club and related activities. It aims at enhancing the English language proficiency and communicative skills of the students. It includes individual, pair, and group tasks that are based on specific language functions. Various language functions include expressing an opinion, seeking information, making a polite request, making an agreement, disagreement, Prediction, Introducing, Requesting, Inviting, etc. A panel of experts in the filed from Gurukulam suggests a list of topics to be incorporated through the innovative language tasks. Based on the suggestions, the English language lecturers conduct the suggested tasks for improving the English language proficiency of the students. And moreover, the active participation of the students in these activities would help and guide them perform better in TOEFL, IELTS, Group Discussions, Interviews for the employment, etc.
M-SKILLS PROGRAMME:
M-SKILLS is a placement cell which is located in Hyderabad. It provides placement in BPO,HR,CALL CENTER etc by providing training to students .
The TTWRDCs, apart from conducting regular UG classes for the students, are taking many measures to train students to compete and excel in various competitive exams for govt.Jobs. As part of this, the society has started 'Banking and other competitive exams coaching'. This programme was implemented in collaboration with M/s Mskills educon services'.
The TTWRDCs have conducted a screening test on 30- dec- 2019 to select students for the training in their respective colleges.
A total of 7 students from our college were trained in Hyderabad.
A screening test was conducted for the final year students for this programme and 7 students among 16 were selected for further training.
These 7 (2 students from BZC and 5 students from MPCs) were sent to SPARK college where students were given training for HR job .
The training was held from 10/01/2020 to 27/01/2020, students have learnt all concepts perfectly. Students were very happy to get placed as HR recruiters.
