The Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Degree College (Boys), Maripeda was established in the year 2017. The Department of Chemistry was also established in the year 2017 and affiliated to Kakatiya University, Warangal. At present it two teaching faculty and one non-teaching faculty. The Department prides itself in adopting innovative methods of teaching and learning. It not only concentrates on the academic development the students but also emphasizes on the overall development in personality. All faculty members now working are highly qualified, talented, experienced and committed to their duties. One lab is well equipped with glassware, instruments & chemicals presently allotted for department of chemistry for conducting practical’s for UG, BZC, nearly 120 students from opted for B.Sc., chemistry subject. The department of chemistry is offering certificate courses to encourage the students in the chemistry subject. Those who have studied B.Sc., (chemistry), getting jobs in chemical and pharma industries at various places in Hyderabad.
