SpARK is established as the flagship college of TTWREIS which has been incepted to support and encourage meritorious students from all 22 TTWRDCs across state. The SpARK College accommodates the students with keen interest to pursue higher education in the prestigious learning centers like Central universities, National bodies of education and Institutes of National importance viz; IITs, NITs and IIITs across all the tribal welfare residential degree colleges in the state. In this mission, the institute constitutes highly skilled and efficient faculty known for their expertise in their respective fields. The committed faculty engaged in training students towards their success in achieving the best ranks in the nationwide PG entrance exams like IIT-JAM, HCU-CET, CU-CET, JEST, PCU-CET, and other centers of excellence. The college has been started with a proposal of 4 Groups, for imparting coaching for the National Level PG entrance examinations, for the meritorious candidates of Tribal Welfare Residential Degree Colleges in the state. The TTWREIS, Tribal Welfare, Gurukulam, formed these institutions in the state of Telangana as part of the Free Education Policy, in 2016-17.

These colleges were established for the students of the underprivileged sections of Society with a motto of providing highest standard of academic excellence coupled with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. These colleges are the brain child of Dr. R.S. Praveen Kumar IPS secretary, TTWREIS.

Under the most innovative leadership of its secretary Dr. R.S.Praveen Kumar IPS, with his think tank at the helm of Gurukulam's affairs the TTWRDC colleges excelled in academic and other fronts. Due to the Secretary's global vision, the students are scaling the heights of the highest mountain peaks in the world. Students, especially women, are sent to visit different countries for greater exposure and they are thought influencers in their own right in their communities back home and on their way to becoming world leaders. Several students showcase their talent in games and sports fields in the national arena. Within these institutes, musicians, dancers, actors, singers and lyricists took birth. A number of students have followed their dreams of becoming potential entrepreneurs.

Campus and Location

Loacted in a spacious five-storey building in East Gandhinagar near Rampally Crossroads (across ECIL to Keesara road), the college is five kilometers away from ECIL, Medchal District Telangana State.
