Criterion 4 - Infrastructure and Learning Resources
4.1. Physical Facilities
4.1.1. The Institution has adequate infrastructure and other facilities for,
- teaching – learning, viz., classrooms, laboratories, computing equipment etc
- ICT – enabled facilities such as smart class, LMS etc.
Facilities for Cultural and sports activities, yoga centre, games (indoor and outdoor), Gymnasium, auditorium etc (Describe the adequacy of facilities in maximum of 500 words.)
Response:
Our college was established in 2017. Gradually, the college has been growing from strength to strength.The college has introduced skill development programme along with the conventional courses. The college has additional facilities such as classrooms, library, reading hall, science laboratories, computer lab, Panacea health centre, cookery room and new cafeteria etc.,
Free internet facility is provided for all students. The college possesses ICT related facilities like 01 Digital classroom, 01 e- classrooms, 01 digital projector and 02 short throw projectors to teach students.
Infrastructure and Physical facilities:
- The college has 2.79 acres of land with 4 blocks accommodating 330 students.
- The college is empowered with 22 dedicated full-time teaching faculty
- The college has 15 Departments.
- The college contains 13 classrooms, 04 science laboratories, one computer science lab.
- The college has one digital room and one e- classroom
- The computer department consists of 33 high-end configuration systems with Wi-Fi internet facility.
Library facilities:
- 5276 Text books and Academy Books.
- 1006 Reference books
- 09 magazines
- Wi-Fi
- Xerox machine
NCC&NSS Rooms:
One separate room is provided to facilitate cadets for changing Uniform and to store the equipment like dummy guns etc.
Botanical Garden:
Our institution is maintaining various types of Ornamental Plants. We have Botanical Garden which consists of Fruit plants, Flowering and Non-Flowering plants ,Medicinal Plants and vegetables.
R.O. Water Plant:
We have one R.O. Water plant block to provide pure drinking water.
Toilets:
Sufficient and Separate toilets are provided for Students and Faculty members.
Divyangjan Facilities:
Ramp facility and western toilet facility is provided for Differently-abled persons. There are five Ramps in our college.
Internet Wi-Fi
- There are CCTV Cameras installed on the entire campus of the college to provide additional safety and security to the students and the staff.
- Wi-Fi enabled campus.
- 100Mbps broadband facility provided in the campus.
- Campus has CC surveillance facility.
SPORTS & GAMES:
Physical activities like sports and games, yoga etc. are essential for both the physical and mental health of the students.
Our college has facilities for Indoor & outdoor Games and sports, like Badminton, Volley ball, Kabaddi etc.. Further, the college is flanked by Indira Priyadarshini Stadium which is accessible.
Our college has all the material required for games and sports. There is sufficient space available inside the college premises, which facilitates the students to play outdoor games like Kabaddi, Volleyball, Tennikoit etc.. Besides that, we have indoor games like Carroms, Chess etc. Our college students participated and won prizes at National, State, and University level competitions.
Facilities for Cultural activities:
The importance of social and cultural activities is preparing students for real life and strengthening their personal skills. Socio-activities help students to identify and develop themselves in their desired fields. Our college has dais and ground, generally used for the practice, and conduct of various cultural activities.
YOGA:
The veranda is being used for the Yoga by the students and staff.
Thus, the institution is committed to provide facilities other than those mentioned here at its best.

4.2. Library as a Learning Resource
4.2.1 Library is automated with digital facilities using Integrated Library Management System (ILMS), adequate subscriptions to e-resources and journals are made. The library is optimally used by the faculty and students

Our college library consists of one hall for library situated in the ground floor. The hall is having good
ventilation and aeration. The first main hall is used for preserving Books and another hall is used as the reading room. The main hall is having two separate sections of Text Books and Reference Books. It has around 6282 books. One system is used as Digital library with internet Facility. The internet having 100 Mbps speed is used.

The Library Committee meets once in three months and decides the following items.
- To prepare an Action plan for the Academic year.
- To invite the Indents from all the Departments.
- To sort the books for the Indents.
- To place order for the books for the respective academic year keeping in view of the syllabus.
- To get periodicals to the library taking into consideration the demands of students & staff.
- To get access to the e-Resources to readers of the library.
- To facilitate Internet connectivity and updating.
Students and Teachers of this college are provided with:
- Reference Service and Availability Journals
- News Paper Clipping Service
- Selective Dissemination of Information
- Book Bank Service for all the students (Borrow & Return Basis within the stipulated time)
- National Library Week Celebrations
- User Orientation Programmes to Freshers

4.3. IT Infrastructure
4.3.1 Institution frequently updates its IT facilities and provides sufficient bandwidth for internet connection

Our institution has a well-developed system for providing IT facilities to the users. Maintenance and up- gradation of systems are done periodically. ICT is used in everyday class teaching, office, and library work culture.
At the beginning of every Academic Year, the Department of Computer Science organises assessment for replacement / up-gradation / addition of the existing infrastructure is carried out based on the requirement and suggestions from acuity and students.
Our institution is currently using BSNL High-speed internet access with 100Mbps speed
The institute has Wi-Fi facility on the college campus.The IT facilities have been upgraded when it is necessary.
Hardware:
- RAM is upgraded for all systems, Motherboard, Hard disks and SMPS are replaced as per the present requirements.
Software:
- Installed new Operating System (OS) to reach the latest configuration in a phased manner
- Installed Programming languages such as C, C++, JAVA, Python, R, statistical softwares such as JAMOVI,BLUE SKY and General software such as MS office package.
Wi-Fi facility:
Connected with Library, digital classrooms, computer lab, Biometric attendance machines Connected with help desk. Online admissions, Examination wing, Office, IQAC are being run by the Wi-Fi.
