7.1.4 Describe the Institutional efforts/initiatives in providing an inclusive environment i.e., tolerance and harmony towards cultural, regional, linguistic, communal socioeconomic and Sensitization of students and employees to the constitutional obligations: values, rights, duties and responsibilities of citizens (Within 500 words)
Response:
The institution has been following the national educational policies implemented by the state and the central government. Having the notion that more subject knowledge and a degree certificate will not make a student a holistic person and a law-abiding citizen of the country.
The institution has been taking various measures to instill core human values, morals, and ethics in the students, along with academic activities. The institution is situated in a rural locality, and most of the enrolled students originate from families below the poverty line. They need financial, psychological, and moral support from the institution.
The teachers in schools could guide them only towards their choice of higher education. However, they look to the faculty of the higher education institution for guidance in choosing their career avenue and, consequently, their own lifestyle. Hence, the institution takes on the moral responsibility of providing an inclusive environment for every single student with tolerance and harmony.
In addition, the faculty members assume the roles of matha (mother) and pitha (father), along with the already performing role of guru. The shaping of individual students towards cultural, regional, linguistic, communal, socioeconomic, and other diversities has been done through various awareness and student enrichment programmes. The celebration of national and state-level cultural festivals with equal spirit motivates the students to be tolerant of religion. Different sports and cultural activities, like the celebration of Vinayakachavithi, Christamas and Pongal organized in the institution, promote harmony and understanding for one another.
The commemorations of specific days develop basic knowledge about the significance of such days. These types of events instill mutual respect and compassion in the minds of people all over the country.
To respect the fellow women faculty and to treat them with dignity is implicitly introduced through days like “Women’s Day,” Girl Children’s Day, and awareness programs on gender sensitization that have been done.
The human rights awareness program, along with legal consultation by the advocates who focused more on cybercrime and cyberbullying issues, was conducted to discuss the preventive measures for not becoming victims of such evils. Any indiscipline matters are reported to the discipline committee of the institution, and the decision taken by them will be final regarding the matter.
A tobacco cessation cell has been established for the purpose of spreading awareness and providing necessary treatment and referrals wherever necessary to the needy. Moreover, our awareness sessions also focus on the importance of creating a supportive environment for those who want to quit tobacco. We provide resources and information on various cessation methods and support groups available to individuals who wish to quit smoking or chewing tobacco. By offering this support, we aim to empower individuals to take control of their health and make positive changes in their lives. In these ways, the institution takes different initiatives to provide a conducive environment for the young students.

TITLE: Innovative Idea: SWAEROS STALL
INTRODUCTION :-
The Stall business is a great opportunity for entrepreneur whose passion is serving food. A food stall should be properly equipped to cook and sell food. It is beneficial in many ways, like there is no need to buy costly spaces for opening a restaurant; all you need is a full-fleeced licenses and your passion for catering food in the city. A food stall is best parked in crowded locations such as parks, schools, colleges, offices, pilgrim centers, etc. The food stall does not come cheap. As a matter of fact, one must have a good amount of money as starting capital to purchase one. Finally, you must know how much you are willing to spend on a food stall; your budget will determine the type sizes and designs. If you have large budget, you can purchase a large truck. But if you are on a strict budget, a small or medium sized food stall will do, especially if you are starting out in the business.
OBJECTIVES: -
- encourage students to think creatively and foster an innovative mindset.
- It helps in finding new solutions to problems and thinking outside the box. It creates opportunities, ensures social justice, instills confidence, and stimulates the economy
- It helps students understand the concept of calculated risk-taking and the ability to bounce back from failures.
- It develops an understanding of market trends and customer needs among students.

They have utilised those earnings for CUCET Applications.
- The students are also encouraged to interact with the local businesses as to learn market strategies, trends, organization skills, etc.
Entrepreneurship cells provide access to resources such as incubation centers, co-working spaces, funding sources, and mentor-ship programs. These resources help entrepreneurs develop their ideas and turn them into successful businesses
Benefits of Running a Food stall
- Food stall require a Initial initial investment.
A food stall is considered a high-profit food business idea, mainly because it involves as little investment as against a sit-down restaurant. This alone is a competitive advantages of running a food stall instead of a regular restaurant, as money you save in setting up can used for other operation like marketing or menu engineering.
- Food stall Involve Relatively Low Operation Cost
Owning a restaurant requires you to invest in expensive utilities, hire a wide range of staff, including cooks, cashiers, servers, kitchen, managers, cleaners, etc and pay monthly rentals if the property is on rent .

- Food stall Allow You To Build ( expand) a business
With amobile food van, you can build your brand at smaller level before expanding into something more significant, such as a sit-down restaurant or possibly franchising your truck. A food stall allows you to have better control and more flexibility in Running a Food Stall
Conclusion:-
Entrepreneurship education encourages students from all socioeconomic backgrounds to think outside the box and nurture unconventional talents and skills.Every successful entrepreneur that you encounter or read about likely started with an image or idea related to something he or she felt passionate about creating. This occurs even when the person has no idea how (or if) what they desire to accomplish or create will become a reality. An entrepreneur’s vision is the start of a roadmap that will determine where he or she wants to go with their entrepreneurial efforts. Vision speaks to what the entrepreneur wants the business to look like in the future—perhaps five or ten years out. Unfortunately, many potential entrepreneurs have dreams and ideas but never develop a concrete vision.
