Admissions - 2019-2020 - Admission Policy

General Information:

  •  B.Sc. (M.P.C), B.Sc. (M.P.Cs), B.Sc.(B.Z.C), B.Sc.(Mb.Z.C), B.Sc.(Applied Nutrition and Public Health)   B.A (H.E.P), B.com (Gen. & Comp.), courses are offered in English medium.       
  • ​​​ Each group accommodates 40 students                           

ADMISSION POLICY FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2019-20:  

Eligibility criteria:         

1) Students who have passed IPE (including vocational courses) with minimum 40% of marks are eligible to get admission into the Degree first year courses.                    

2) Students whose parental annual income is less than Rs 1,50,000/- (in case of rural areas) and Rs.2,00,000/- (in case of urban areas) are eligible to get admission into the Degree first year courses.                             

3) Students who want to get admission into the Degree first year courses have to be qualified in the TGUGCET conducted by the Gurukulam every year.   

4) Notification related to TGUGCET will be issued every year during the months of December to February.   

5) Qualifying marks in the TGUGCET will be determined by the Gurukulam in accordance with university admission tests norms.       

6) TTWREIS Tribal Welfare Gurukulam reserves the right to determine the roster for the allocation of 40 seats to students as per university and government norms.   

7) Finalization of Degree first year admissions will take place through counseling in the centers specified by the Gurukulam.

Note:

a) Candidates belonging to the above categories should submit Community, Nativity and Date of Birth Certificate as per G.O.Ms.No.58 SW Dept., dated 12.05.1997.

b) If candidates are not available to fill the seats reserved for SC, BC, OC, NCC, Sports, PHC and Ex-serviceman dependents they shall be filled up by the  ST candidates (in case of TTW colleges) as per the merit in the final list.
