Vision:

To ensure that the Physical Infrastructure of the Institute is equivalent to leading Institute of the State / Nation

Mission:

To oversee Institute’s Physical Assets like Buildings, Furniture, Land and Parking etc. to provide best possible infrastructure to each and every department of the Institute and to optimize the space allocation of the Institute for various purposes

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of Infrastructure Development Committee are to look after Institute’s Physical Assets like Buildings, Furniture, Land and Parking etc. More specifically, the committee will look after conditions of infrastructure, prepare proposals to advocate new structures as well as to advocate modifications in structure, direct estate department for repair / rehabilitation / retrofitting of structure and prepare proposals for creation of various amenities in Institute.

Objectives:

The primary objectives of Infrastructure Planning and Development Committee are as under,

  1. To audit the condition of Physical Infrastructure of the Institute and to report the same to the head office TTWREIS.
  2. To prepare proposals for the improvement / modification of existing Infrastructure.
  3. To prepare proposals for advocating new amenities / infrastructure in Institute.
  4. To prepare proposals for advocating furniture / items of interiors in various departments as per requirements.
  5. To opine on infrastructure needs in various departments of the Institute.
