To promote a culture of respect and equality for female gender and to identify women with strong leadership qualities to build their capacity to provide opportunities and programmes for female gender to be mentally and emotionally empowered so as to promote their growth as individuals in their won right at women’s Gurukulam institution WEC is constituted and many awareness programmes are conducted efficiently.
