Book Exhibitions
‘Use It Or Lose It’.
Yes, this simple principle works in various fields of life, including the college library. The library of the college has a vast collection of books. But often, all the students don’t get enough time to explore and utilize these books. The college organizes ‘Book Exhibition’ with the objective of introducing the treasury of books to the students. Thus, the various book exhibitions conducted by the College Library give the students a unique opportunity of getting acquainted with the galaxy of books stationed in the library.
Every year during the ‘Library Week’ from 14th to 21st November, we organize the Book Exhibition religiously. Further, as and when, new books arrive in the college a small book exhibition is conducted to make the students and faculty aware of the new arrivals. At times, Department wise Book Exhibitions are also conducted in association with the individual departments.
