qThe Degree Course in B.Sc. Statistics was started in the year 2021 with the combination of Mathematics and Computer science affiliated to the Kakatiya University.

qNumber of programs are conducted for betterment of the students.

qThe department conducts Regular activities every year. National Statistics Day celebrates on June 29 and National Population day celebrates on July 11 every year.  Department host one day seminars, statistical surveys, quiz competitions, etc.
qAim of the Department is to send The successful students in degree courses are directed to either higher studies at various universities/national institutions/colleges or jobs. 
q The courses are designed to develop a class of analytic and inferential aptitude among the students through rigorous practical assignments along with exposure to industries.
