• To increase Pass percentage of I Year, II Year B.Sc, B.Com& B.A courses.
• The department of Telugu should conduct curricular and co-curricularactivities.
•  To develop Research skills among the students.
• To develop Scientific attitude and social responsibility among thestudents.
• Make The department to play Crucial role in the college activities like Cultural & Fine Arts Association etc.
• To Encourage the involvement of Alumni in the development of the Institution.

Mission:

• The department of Telugu should conduct campaigning to increase thestrength of Under Graduate course B.Sc, B. Com & B.A.
• To conduct career orientation programs in B.A, B.Com & B.Sc Students.
• To conduct competitions Padya Patanam, Janapada Geyalu etc.
• To conduct State, National Seminars and Guest Lecturers. Form Alumni association and conduct meetings for the development of the department and maintain all necessary records.
• The department should encourage the students to involve in SWATCHBHARAT, NSS and other activities.
• To give Assignments and Projects works to the students.
