Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Degree College for Girls Mahabubabad started in the year 2017 and the Department of Physics was established in the year  2017. Initially B.Sc. (MPCs) course was introduced.

• The Department of Physics was established  with an affiliation of KAKATIYA University,  WARANGAL  TELANGANA in  2017 with 02 sanctioned posts by offering MPCs Program.

        .At present - B.Sc., programs (MPCs) offered by department.

• At Present K.Anu working as  the Incharge of the Department of Physics.
