PROFILE OF THE DEPARTMENT: CHEMISTRY
The Department of Chemistry of Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential College (G), Janagaon, was established in 2017 with B.Sc-BZC, MBZC and MPC groups.
This department always strives hard for academic excellence. As a part of its academic plan, it invites eminent faculty from different places to give extensive knowledge in selected topics.
To motivate and help the students to secure good number of seats in institutes of higher learning, particularly in Central Institutes of Higher Learning like IITs, NITs and Central Universities. Providing coaching for IIT-JAM, PG coaching for all universities
1. Vision and Mission of the Department
- Mentor undergraduate students and disseminate the current scientific knowledge
- To use modern pedagogy in the classroom for excellence in teaching
- To inculcate scientific temperament among the students
- To inculcate scientific temperament among the students
- To develop skills involved in handling the laboratory equipment.
2. Objectives of the Department:
- To train B.Sc. students in the theoretical and practical skills required for employment in chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
- To impart fundamental and contemporary principles of chemistry into the students
