DEPRATMENT PROFILE
The Department presently is offering B.Sc.(MPCs),B.Sc (M.St.DS),B.Com(CA) offered at constituent and other affiliated colleges.
The student intake in UGC approved B.Sc.(MPCs) ,B.Sc (M.St.DS),B.Com(CA)) course is each individual group intake is 40. students are selected through eligibility test conducted by kakatiya university. the department continuously updates the syllabus of these courses to suit to the changing technologies and needs of the stake holders.
Mission
To produce highly qualified and motivated graduates through a rigorous curriculum of theory and application that develops the ability to solve problems, individually and in teams.
Creating knowledge of fundamental principles and innovative technologies through research within the core areas of computer science and also in inter-disciplinary topics.
Vision
- To bridge the gap between industry and academic by framing the curriculum and syllabi based on the industrial and societal needs.
- Inculcate problem solving and team building skills and promote lifelong learning with a sense of societal and ethical responsibilities.

CURRICULAR & CO-CORRICULAR ACTIVITIES
CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:
- Theory and Practical classes are conducting as per the time table and almanac of the college.
- Student seminars, study projects, quiz programmes are organized each faculty member in their subjects.
- Arranged Guest / Extension lectures by the subject experts from outside of the college
CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:
- Special day celebrations such as World Computer Literacy Day and International Internet Day
- National / State level Workshops are to be organized
- Career guidance programmes are to be organized

- B.Sc(Comp.Sci) graduates can pursue their PG programmes such as M.C.A., M.Sc(Comp.Sci) and other eligible PG programmes in reputed Universities / NITs/IITs.

- B.Com(CA) graduate can pursue their PG programmes such as M.B.A., and other eligible PG programmes in reputed Universities / NITs/IITs.
- B.Com(CA) graduate can employ as computerized accountant and Financial assistant in Financial Organizations.
- B.Sc(MStDS) graduates can pursue their PG programs like M.Sc(Data Science) in state and other universities.

HARDWARE FACILITIES
- The department has well-equipped laboratories with state-of-the-art computer hardware and software. The hardware includes 20 desktop computers.
- The software facility at the department includes popular operating system platforms, programming language compilers, development tools, DBMS packages, etc. Both free and proprietary software packages are used.
- The entire department building is covered with Wi-Fi wireless network connectivity
- The department has latest teaching aids for smart classroom.
- The department has two Internet connections (one connection is provided by the Govt through an optical fibre cable while the other connection is a BSNL broadband line).

Heartful Education Trust-POISE program from 9-11-22 to 14-11-22 at Khanha Shanti Vanam, Chegur.
- The Heartful Education Trust has come forward with a proposal of School Leadership Development Program for the Principals and Vice Principals working in the TTWR, institutions. The HET’s signature POISE aims at giving insights into heart centered pedagogy, personal ethics, values, and wellness, cognitive skill development pedagogy in students through whole brain excellence. The POISE intended for school leaders and Vice Principals who will have to handle change and transformation among the Students.
