Objectives and functions of IQAC

• Evaluating the standard and carrying out administrative and academic assignments in accordance with the guidelines.
• To support research and verify the efficacy of education, research, and  assessment techniques.
• To make certain that the institutions abide by societal norms.
• To provide corrective measures for the problem areas.
• To develop and implement quality standards and guidelines for various academic and administrative duties.
• To continuously supervise and evaluate the quality of research, teaching, and other undertakings.
• To identify issues and provide solutions in order to improve the caliber of instruction and other operations.
• To promote innovation and research and to motivate educators and learners to participate in research activities.

• To ensure that the college complies with the guidelines and principles set out by the institution.

May 2022 :

  1. A meeting has been conducted in ZOOM app regarding the formation Of IQAC Committee under NAAC by the Deputy Secretary TTWREIS on 10.5.2022.

  2. May 2022: On 20.5.2022 a meeting has been conducted by the IQAC to discuss about the IQAC roles and process for NAAC accreditation and also the registers to  be maintained by each faculty.

July 2022:

  • On 8.7.2022 A meeting has been conducted to discuss about departmental registers and also the criteria points allocation .

  • Collection of Previous year question papers

  • Time table implementation .

August 2022:
IQAC Committee has been formed as per the regulations of NAAC as discussed in the Zoom Meet conducted by TTWREIS. The committee members constituted are

October 2022 :

  •  Discussed the previous meeting resolutions and the progress made in the particular areas concerned to the faculty on 18 th October 2022.

  •  Advised to use more number of technical tools such as ICT tools, You tube classes and E-resources November 2022

  • Updation of Teaching dairies
  • Completion of syllabus of theory and as well as lab practicals as per schedule
  •  Remedial Classes for slow learners
  •  Updating of Departmental profile

December 2022
 Conducting revision classes for preparation of semester examinations

English and Computer Science Departments on Report Writing and
Microsoft Office from 19.12.2022 to 24.12.2022 December .

January 2023:

  • NAAC criteria works should be updated .

  •  Certificate courses notice should be given prior information and alert the students to ensure more students enrolment.

February 2023:

  •  On 2.2.2023 discussed about the Field trips amount to be calculated and submission to be done to the IQAC .

  •  The interested faculty for taking research projects to be notified to the IQAC.

  •  On 10.2.2023 the IQAC discussed about the upcoming semester exams and syllabus completion and remedial classes to be conducted to the weak students for improvement .
  • Criteria works update to be completed .

March 2023

  •  On 25.3.2023 the IQAC discussed about the University almanac on par with

  • the institution activities to be monitored strictly without deviation.

  •  Submission of Internal scripts for internal evaluation.
