The Department of history was established in the academic year 2018 with establishment of the college it is offering BA [History] the intake of students to the course is 40 students this department was started with 16 students in BA [H.E.P]course in first year i.e 2018 first batch passed out with 100% pass percentage and majority of the students join in higher education.

The Department of History has well furnished classrooms for the B.A classes.

The Department library with a total of 50 books, journals and periodicals etc. Most of the resources are related to the courses taught by the Department.

The Department of History is also planning to bring a gamut of relevant e-resources closer to the learners from the current academic session.
