Bridge course short fowled learning programmes designed to help the students to link up to degree course

Department of History conducting a bridge course for the first semester students of B.A with History the course contains following syllabus and it is a 8 days i.e. 8 hours programme from 10/702023to19/7/2023

Syllabus

Unit –I Definitions nature and scope of history history and its relationship with other social sciences geographical features of Indian sources of Indian history pre history Paleolithic, Mesolithic Neolithic chalcolithic and megalithic cultures

Unit –II Gupta empire A Brief political survey polity and administration social and economic conditions harshavardhana and his achievements the satavahanas, sangam age literary development

at the end of the programme conducted the assessment on bridge course to observe the outcomes of course to understand the level of students knowledge and to improve their skills
