Sports Meet: The very 1ststate level sports meet-2018 was conducted at our college which include various sports competition for Men/Women of 22 Degree Colleges.

EENADU Champions
State level Eenadu champion sports meet 2018. Our students received the championship among various colleges in AP and TS Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, chess and athletics.
Apart from these we conduct yoga sessions, Gym sessions and aerobics for the students daily.
CGC (career guidance council)
To Enhance Education, Employability and Entrepreneur opportunities after graduation CGC and HEC provides PG coaching, 100 hrs training on soft skills.
HEC(Higher Education cell)
We motivate students for Higher Education by tracking educational opportunities and providing relevant information of Different universities.
Panacea Health Services:
Panacea provides medical assistance for the sick students. They monitor every students Health status Day by Day.
Irrespective of religion we celebrate all Indian Festivals to create a family environment in Gurukulam.
Impact Programme:
Impact programme is conducted at each term to enlight parents about Education, Employment oppurtunities and to avoid Early marriages and Dowry system.
Quest programme:
All the faculty members of gurukulam visit the Poor student families during vacation to learn about their livelihood and explain the various programs of Gurukulam . And thus find the views of parents about Gurukulam.

Women's day celebrations-2022 at Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Degree College, for Women, Shadnagar,.
International women's day was celebrated on 09.03.2022. The Programme commenced with the lighting of the lamp. The students participated actively and conveyed a valuable message through skits and dances. The programme was graced by Regional Co -ordinator of Rnagereddy district. Mrs.PS.Kalyani madam and Mrs.Prashantha Athma Dean & HOD in Commerce of Osmania University.

World environment day conducted on 05.06.2022 students have participated in three events poster making , slogan making, and short vedio. students have planted trees.

Jayashankar Jayanthi, International Day of Peace, Ozone Day, Sports day, Nutrition day, Out of the Box thinking, Population day, Mosquito day, Entreprenuer day...etc.
Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Degree College, for Women, Shadnagar: - An Orientation Programme on "Upskills Program for Young Women" was organised by Cigniti solutions Pvt Ltd in collaboration with HYSEA and Nirman Organisations. It was an Intiative towards community development founded by Nirman Mayur Patnala and the team Members. The team members actively took part in the Inagural Ceremony on 15.02.2023 at our college seminar hall headed by Neeraja Vijendar and Shanthi Devalapalli. The Inaugural was presided over by our Principal Dr.A.Neeta, Deputy Secretary Jagadheeshwar Reddy, CEO Krishnan Venkatachary, Sajid khan, Midhunpindli and others, under for the project Udaan. A skill Development & Employment Initiative to support Tribal Girls from Rural areas. The Program was highly effective and Qualitative one. All the Staff and the Students got Inspired and encouraged to take up the Project.
Telangana Dashabdi Utsavalu-2023
our students partcipated in Dance competition held at Palamuru University las a part of Telangana Dashabdi Utsavalu-2023 and won 1st prize in it.
Co-Curricular Activities:
Manu Script:
According to the theme given by Head office every month Manu Script is designed which is an unpublished version of a book. Base on the theme students can, write poems, songs and draw cartoons and pictures which will improve their writing skills, supports critical Thinking.
- No Saturday Disposal:
When plastic decomposing landfills they may leak pollutants into the soil and Surrounding environment. Hence the plastic wastage in the college and hostel surroundings is collected and stored, sent for recycling. This program is implemented on every Saturday.
- Science Fairs:
Science fairs provide a mechanism for student with intense interest with science to be paired with mentor to answer a question or task, not from a textbook but found out themselves by conducting a range of experiments .To inculcate Scientific temper in student Science fair program is conducted in every Gurukulam institution as a part of National Science day celebrations .
Diary Writing:
Every Student of Gurukulam is provided with a Daily every year and encourage them to write their thought which create new ideas , Record their memories and Strength their writing skills. Daily writing allows student to set and achieve their goals allow themselves to self – reflect and also boost their memory.
CO-Operative Store(S – Mall) :
To encourage entrepreneurship and management skills among students ,Co-Operative store is established at each Gurukulam Institution. Student from Commerce Stream manages the store and the profit gained is used for further development of S-mall.The secretary TTWREIS has proposed to open an "S-Mall" (cooperative Stores) in att the TTWR Degree Cotteges on par with TSWREIS which is more convenient to the students to meet their necessary provisions.
. The "S-Mall" (Cooperative Stores) will be run by the group of students with a motto that they should learn the activities invotved in running the business
Purchase and sales records should be maintained thoroughly. . Commerce lecturer should be the mentor - convenor to oversee the functioning of "S-Mall" (Cooperative Stores).
IMPACT Program:
IMPACT is a parent- Teacher interface in which parents discuss their children’s strengths and weakness. It allows the parents to know their children’s progress and to plan for their future. Teachers and principal motivate the students to report immediately after holidays as this program is conducted before vacation . This program has gained a lot of response from students.
Mediatation and Wellness Program:
Heartfulness institute of Shri Rama Chandra mission organized an international conference on "Meditation and Wellness" at International Heartfulness centre, Kanha Shanti Vanam. A total of 100 students attended the conference for 3 days and where they learnt about the practices that take us deeper into the heartful way of life, like relaxation, medication, and connecting with the higher self through prayer.
Special Days:
To count on education programs, as a part of co-curricular activities special days like National science day, NSS day, Aadivasi day, Teachers day, UNO day, constitution day, never give up day , Pie Day and International Women's Day etc., are observed every year at every gurukulam institution which brings awareness on significance of the days celebrated.
MICROBIOLOGY STUDENTS PROJECT EXHIBITION AT TTWRDC(W)SHADNAGAR
Theme: "Traditional Food Practices and Realm of Gut Microbiota"
Students of Microbology Department have organised an exhibition on Traditional food Practices and their association with healthy probiotic microorganisms emphsizing the importance of these foods in our daily life. As part of this programme 15 different exhibitis were demondtrated and explained by 43 Microbiology students of MZC-II and MZC-I(2021-2022) to the entire college students and staff. conducted Dr.Srijana Mukkala Dept.of Microbiology.

Mirror Project
This is an activity introduced by gurukulam to enhance the confidence level of students by observing their body language, fluency in English and communication skills while they are speaking in front of mirror .This project aims at what works best for the students so that the teachers can develop the appropriate support services
Healthy Thursday :
Keeping our Surrounding clean is not just a matter of aesthetic beauty. Things look beautiful when they are clean but Cleanliness goes much deeper than that hence in this regard a programme is designed and implemented on every Thursday by maintaining classrooms , Dining hall, dormotaries and surroundings clean.
Super student:
- To bring out the teaching capabilities of students and to encourage them, we have a special programme “SUPER STUDENT”.
- Students will be selected in college level and district level. Finally from each subject, a student is picked up.
- Classes of these students will be telecasted in MANA TV.
- Top students will be rewarded along with the mentor teacher and Principal.
- This programme enhances the student’s confidence and helps them to make their dreams come true.
Super nova:
- To encourage the students in different activities like indoor games, outdoor games, drama, dance, songs, Rangoli etc.,
- We will be conducting competitions for all degree colleges in the state and appreciating students for their participation.
- This will be conducted every year once and provides a platform for talents.
SPARK College:
SpARK is a specialised institute meant for students pursuing undergraduation in Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Degree Colleges across the state. We have highly skilled and efficient faculty known for their expertise in their respective fields, to train students towards their success in achieving the best ranks in the nationwide PG entrance exams like IIT-JAM, HCU-CET, CU-CET, JEST, PCU-CET, and so on and so forth. The college has been started with a proposal of 4 Groups, for imparting coaching for the National Level PG entrance examinations, for meritorious candidates interested in studying in Tribal Welfare Residential Degree Colleges in the state.
- Aim to encourage the higher education lead the foundation for a special college with a name “SPARK”.
- Students from each college in the state, who are interested in perceiving P.G in the prestigious institutions, are called upon to this college.
- For coaching to crack the national and international entrance examinations.
- There will be special time table and seminars, guest lecturers to understand the tips and tricks to appear the exams.
Life Skills:
- To adopt the positive behaviour that enables humans to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of life skills that function for well being and aids individual to develop into active and productive members of their communities are considered as life skills.
- To enhance these students will be given orientation specially and our degree students are sent to mini gurukulam schools to develop their skills by teaching children.
- This programme also helps the students ‘’EARN WHILE THEY LEARN”.
- Students who have participated in this programme will be given rewards by the head office.
These activities will become very important later they help in developing talents, interest and passion.
