Student and Parent Feedback Analysis for the AY 2018-2019

Observations:

 Students and parents are satisfied with the facilities provided in the college.

 Their expectations is to provide them coaching for higher education and employability.

Action Taken:

 Students are given P.G. coaching.

 Special employability classes are arranged for the students.

 Various extra E plus club activities are included to make student proficient in English.

Observations:

 As per parents students are well disciplined.

 More activities should be planned to cater the needs of the students in this competitive world.

Action Taken:

 Instructed all the departments to plan for activity based learning and conduct more programmes to meet the expectations of the students.

 All the departments have been instructed strictly to adhere to academic plan.

Observations:

 Online classes were only successful to some extent.

 Lack of awareness among students about online classes.

 Parents want the college to reopen so facilitate offline study.

Action Taken:

 Faculty are instructed to give detailed orientation to students about online class.

 As our college is residential we tried to have offline classes taking precautionary measures.

 Online classes were only successful to some extent.

 Lack of awareness among students about online classes.

 Parents want the college to reopen so facilitate offline study.

Action Taken:

 Faculty are instructed to give detailed orientation to students about online class.

 As our college is residential we tried to have offline classes taking precautionary measures

Observations:

 More number of systems are required in the institution.

 Concerned about the security in the premises.

Action Taken:

 Extra routers are installed and internet speed has been increased to meet the needs of students and faculty.

 Orders have been received to change the premises and to shift the building to more secured place.

Observations:

 Teaching tools availability should be increased.

 Little improvement in infrastructure facility is necessary.

Action Taken:

 A projector is procured.

 More activities should be planned to meet the faculties expectations for their self appraisals.

 Requested head office to increase guest faculty salaries.

 Extra routers are installed and internet speed has been increased to meet the needs of students and faculty.

 Requested head office to provide more number of systems so that students and faculty be updated.
