The Career Guidance Cell of TTWRDC(W) Shadnagar has been functioning  actively since its establishment in 2018. Ever since its establishment, all the students of first, second and final year  have been guided individually and collectively about the current career oppurtunities available to them.

Career Guidance Cell also provides coaching to the students who aspire to pursue Post Graduation in their desired subjects.
Employability Skills sessions are conducted to prepare students to face interviews and competitive exams successfully.
