Placement Cell
The Placement Cell at Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Degree College for Women, Devarakonda, plays a pivotal role in connecting students with rewarding career opportunities in collaboration with other key entities such as the Career Guidance Cell (CGC), Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge (TASK), Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC), and Skill Development Cell (SDC). Led by a dedicated committee comprising Principal Dr. A. Shyamala, Vice Principal Dr. K. Prasanna Laxmi, and Incharge T. Parameshwari, the Placement Cell works synergistically with these entities to enhance students' employability and career prospects.
*Objectives of the Placement Cell:*
1. Collaborate with the Career Guidance Cell to provide comprehensive career counseling and guidance services, assisting students in making informed decisions about their career paths.
2. Partner with the Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge to identify industry-relevant skill gaps and tailor training programs to address them, thereby enhancing students' employability.
3. Work closely with the Entrepreneurship Development Cell to foster an entrepreneurial mindset among students and support aspiring entrepreneurs in their venture creation endeavors.
4. Coordinate with the Skill Development Cell to ensure that students are equipped with the necessary skills and competencies demanded by the industry, thus increasing their chances of securing employment.
5. Facilitate industry interactions, internships, and placement drives in collaboration with external organizations and employers, providing students with exposure to diverse career opportunities.
6. Continuously evaluate and improve placement strategies and processes in response to changing industry trends and demands, ensuring the success of students in the competitive job market.
Through collaborative efforts with the Career Guidance Cell, TASK, EDC, and SDC, the Placement Cell remains committed to empowering students with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities they need to embark on successful career journeys.
