SKILL DEVELOPMENT CELL

The Skill Development Cell at Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Degree College for Women, Devarakonda, is dedicated to fostering the holistic development of students by equipping them with essential skills for their personal and professional growth. Led by a committed committee comprising Principal Dr. A. Shyamala, Vice Principal Dr. K. Prasanna Laxmi, and Incharge Sk. Fasiha Anjum, the cell collaborates closely with other key entities including the Entrepreneurship Development Cell, TASK (Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge), CGC (Career Guidance Cell), and the Placement Cell.

Through strategic initiatives and partnerships, the Skill Development Cell endeavors to provide students with opportunities for experiential learning, hands-on training, and industry exposure. By focusing on areas such as communication skills, problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities, and technical expertise, the cell aims to empower students to thrive in a competitive global environment.

*Objectives of the Skill Development Cell:*
1. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance students' communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Organize seminars and guest lectures by industry experts to impart practical knowledge and insights relevant to various fields.

5. Foster entrepreneurial spirit among students by guiding and supporting them in ideation, business plan development, and venture creation.
6. Collaborate with external agencies and organizations to facilitate internships, apprenticeships, and job placements for students.
