"The Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Degree College for Women, Devrakonda, has a fair book acquisition policy. The books are purchased with the approval of the Library Advisory Committee and the Regional Coordinator. The Gurukulam releases an annual budget for the purchase of books as per the college's requirements. The concerned heads of department will submit the indent of required books to the Principal, who will then forward it to the Gurukulam for the sanction of the budget. Such lists will later be finalized, and the amount will be released to the college. The Library Committee, Department HODs, and Principal prepare the final list. All approved books would be ordered for supply. The books are ordered based on quotations."

BORROWING PRIVILEGE
- Books are issued for weeks and then must be returned on or before the due date
- If a book not returned by the due date, issue of editional books may be stopped.
- Reference books, Journals/ Magazines/ Periodical/ News paper not be issued.
- A user is responsible for the safe custody snd return of the books
- Library users/ Readers should be replace the lost/ Damaged books by a new copy.
