IQAC - Vision & Mission

The IQAC plays a crucial role in driving and sustaining a culture of quality in the college. The following,vision and mission statements and objectives aim to ensure the holistic development of the institution,focusing on academic excellence, faculty development, student welfare, and community integration.

The IQAC cell was established in the year 2021on January 12th with the following

Mission:

To ensure and enhance the quality of education and overall institutional functioning through continuousassessment, feedback, and improvement mechanisms, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, andaccountability.

Vision:

To be a proactive Internal Quality Assurance Cell that facilitates a robust quality assurance system,promoting a dynamic learning environment, and contributing to the continual enhancement of academicand administrative processes in the institution.

Objectives:

  • Quality Assurance in Teaching-Learning Processes:Monitor and enhance the quality of teaching and learning methods, ensuring they alignwith the educational objectives of the college.
  •  Curriculum Development and Review:Regularly review and update the curriculum to meet the evolving needs of students and alignwith industry trends.
  • Faculty Development:Facilitate continuous professional development for faculty members to enhance theirteaching skills, research capabilities, and overall academic contribution.
  • Student-Centric Initiatives: Implement measures to improve the overall welfare,engagement, and academic performance of students.
  • Infrastructure and Facilities:Ensure the availability and adequacy of infrastructure, learning resources, and facilities necessary for a conducive learning environment.

Work-Life Balance Support: Develop policies and practices that promote a healthy work-life balancefor faculty, recognizing the importance of well-being in sustaining high-quality teaching and researchefforts.

Teaching Excellence Recognition: Institute a system for recognizing and rewarding exceptionalteaching practices, encouraging innovative and effective methods that promote student engagementand learning outcomes.
