Objectives
To develop the basic knowledge and understanding of chemistry at the college level, conceptual structure of chemistry in students in an organized way through continuous interaction and active participation of students in developing the conceptual structure. Student must understand the rates of the chemical reactions, the structure of the products, the mechanism of the reactions and broad conceptual understanding of synthesis of compounds from the common starting materials and analysis of the compounds using the strategies like separation and identification.
