Pond Preparation
• Students are practice pond preparation and Aquarium fish Management was taken to impart employable skills.
Impact of the Practice:
• To develop knowledge on fish pond preparation
• To explore knowledge on aquaculture
• To empower students to develop aquarium
for the academic year:-2022-2023 prepare simple Aquariums and fish food during
2022-2023 Department also prepared a small pond in collage.

Solid waste Management Lot of waste is generated from senescent leaves of trees &plants which is wiped
and collected by cleaning garden maintenance staff of the collage campus include
leaves, wood sticks, garden waste such as flowers, branches remnants for garlands
it also include non degradable items such as plastics, polythin litter is damped in
solid waste management pit. Which is established at the college at seminar hall
classroom area.

Celebrating special days Context:- Depertment of Zoology organised Special days in Science like Mosquito day,
Ozone day , Wold tuberculosis day , World Neumonia day,World AIDS day, Blood donar
day, etc
Objective:-
World Ozone Day aims to inform people about the significance of the ozone layer along
with how its depletion can have adverse effects on human health, ecosystems and the
environment, celebrates the success of international cooperation in addressing ozone
depletion

Objective of programme:-
• Students are visual learners, and a field trip lets them touch, feel and listen to
what they're learning about, which helps them build on classroom instruction, gain a
better understanding of topics, build cultural understanding and tolerance, and expose
them to worlds outside their own.”

• Systematic and taxonomic research:
• Close observation of preserved specimens can result in an understanding of
form and function, relationships between organisms or groups of organisms, methods

Activity for the academic year :-2021-2022
Studying ecosystem by practical visit to the near by water bodies is help to develop
knowledge of relation between Abiotic and Biotic factor and also help to study relation
between environment and organism. And also develop knowledge how the environment
is damaged by the organisms need .
Objective of programme:-
• To develop their thought to protect water bodies from extreme use.
• To observe and reveal a fascinating world of organisms.
• To engage students to control pollution and protect ecosystem.
