• MAMATHA SRI - student:

I am MamathaSri  a girl from a marginalized family. My father and my mother are daily wage workers. I joined in residential for the first time in my degree where I learned many things.  Now I am studying in BA II year at TTWRDC(W), Khammam. Activities like E- plus & mirror project helped me in improving my communication skills.

I heard the name of AIESEC When I was in degree 1^st year. AIESEC is an international youth run, non-governmental and not-for-profit organization that provides young people with leadership development, cross cultural any internships, and volunteer exchange globalist. The organization focuses on empowering young people to make progressive social impact.

I never dreamt that I would be part of AIESEC but I got an opportunity through Gurukulam. Gurukulam conducted 2 screening tests followed by one interview. The activities in our college helped me in cracking the test and interview. Finally I got selected for 40 days internship at China with two more co-interns from other colleges.

For a village girl like me, it’s a wonderful opportunity to fly high. My parents, faculty, everyone appreciated me for this but I was bit tensed because I never travelled alone; never crossed even the district borders. Gurukulam is like a mother who understands the difficulties of a child and they provided one week training session which boosted my confidence levels.

On July 29, 2019, I enjoyed my first flight journey , which a normal girl like me never dreamt of. In China I stayed at place called , all alone for the first time. My internship is to teach English to students of 14-24 years old at Loogle Institution of  Educational Services, Chafershek. This was a wonderful experience to teach elders.  Teaching subject is different from managing a class. I learned classroom management also. The students responded very well and started enjoying my classes. I got habituated to chineese slang there. One day they conducted cultural representation day at school and I proudly explained about our Indian culture and heritage.

 Finally I returned to India with lots of memories on September 5, 2019.   

In this total journey, I found my strength i.e., a good leader in me, which is the major objective of AIESEC. I  really thank Gurukulam for providing me this wonderful opportunity. If I would have not joined in Gurukulam definitely I would lose this wonderful opportunity of finding a leader in me. I thank all Gurukulam team, TTWRDC staff and principal for their great support and encouragement. I will pay back to Gurukulam and I’ll put all my efforts to shine the name of our society.

     I am D.Vimalatha from II - B.A.(HEP) studying at TTWRDC(W) Khammam. Last year(2019) i went to "BHARAT DARSHAN". We are five members from our college selected for this trip.

     We visited the historical places in this trip. And we are the first batch who visited historical places in this kind of tour. I am so glad to visit that places at Delhi, Agra, Jaipur[North India]. The places which we seen on the cover page of our text books during our childhood, but now I watch that places with the help of Dr.R.S.Praveen Kumar sir and TTWREIS. I known many things and more information because of this trip. My hearty thanks to our Secretary sir and TTWREIS team for this great opportunity to me.

I am P.KUMARI  from III - B.A.(HEP) studying at TTWRDC(W) Khammam. I have selected for the National Authelitic Team. My dream came true because of the Gurukulam. Gurukulam is having well equipped Gym facility and very well-trained Physical directors. Thank all Gurukulam team Dr.R.S.Praveen Kumar sir and TTWREIS . TTWRDC staff and principal for their great support and encouragement. I will pay back to Gurukulam and I’ll put all my efforts to shine the name of our society.
