In our college TTWRDC KHAMMAM microbiology programme has been running from the 2020 and we had one out gone batch students also .we ,microbiology students provided with the few eqipments namely HOT AIR OVEN,AUTOCLAVE ,MICROSCOPES,STAINING DYES only but unworking of these tools we majorly didnt possibly doing any lab work .but students doing good job with satining techniques as we dont have any problems with that.

1. A microbiology laboratory is a place where most of the testing, culturing, and research that microbiologists do occurs. 
2. The lab contains the supplies and equipment needed for these activities, as well as provide an extremely clean, and sterile place to work. 
3. Microbiology lab methodologies involve techniques for culturing, identification, isolation, staining, and engineering. 
4. These techniques have applications in other areas of biological research, including genetics, plant physiology, evolution, and molecular biology
