STUDENT SEMINARS

Student Seminars allows students to gain a better understanding of the material and to develop their research, presentation, and critical thinking skills. Students become more confident and independent. Attending a seminar has numerous benefits, including improving communication skills, gaining expert knowledge, networking with others and renewing motivation and confidence. Additionally, attending seminars can also help students to network with their peers and instructors, and to learn about current research and developments in their field of study.

GROUP DISCUSSIONS

Group Discussion plays a vital role in the corporate offices. Group discussions promote a deeper understanding of a topic and increase long-term retention. Group discussions can also help increase participants' attention and help maintain their focus by involving them in the learning process. They may also provide feedback to instructors on participant comprehension.


 

FIELD TRIPS

They bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and its real-world application. By providing students with tangible experiences, field trips make learning more engaging, memorable, and relevant.Going on a field trip enhances their critical thinking skills and gives students a chance to think about a topic or theme from a different perspective. Furthermore, they promote critical thinking, enhance observational skills, and nurture a sense of curiosity and wonder.

QUIZ

It is a known fact that the inner talent of the students is brought out through innovative activities. Quiz competition is one such program. The Department of Computer Science has taken up this activity to develop technical skills among the students. The Quiz Competition is conducted among the student’s groups.
