EXAMINATION BRANCH
The Examination branch of the college is a confidential section responsible for smooth conduct of examination for all the courses and maintenance of student records.
The main responsibility of an examination branch is to conduct examinations in a fair and systematic manner. Other responsibilities include:
1. Preparing and publishing the examination schedule.
2. Processing examination applications and issuing hall tickets.
3. Appointing paper setters, examiners, and senior supervisors.
4. Initiating and executing reforms in the assessment and evaluation system.
5. Assessing candidate performance.
6. Declaring results in a timely and accurate manner.
7. Issuing marks memos, PC, and degree certificates .
8. Maintaining records pertaining to examinations and student records.
