A laboratory is a facility that provides controlled conditions in which scientific or technological research, experiments and measurement may be performed.

We are having five fully equipped laboratories.

• Physics Laboratory
• Chemistry Laboratory
• Botany Laboratory
• Zoology Laboratory
• Computer Laboratory and Projector Room.

Physics Laboratory:

Our Physics laboratory is a place where experiments of Physics are carried out. As we know physics is that branch of science where experimentation is an integral part of the core subject. Almost in every educational institution these physics laboratories are found. Nonetheless the sophistication of the educational laboratory varies from institute to institute. A Physics lab aids a student in establishing the relevance of the theory. It brings clarity in the mind of the students regarding the basic concept of the subject. Students understand the difference between theory and application. Physics laboratory helps a student in improvising their approach towards the subject. Experiments carried out in Physics laboratories helps students in learning how to be patient and careful while taking observation and hitherto calculating inference.

Chemistry Laboratory:

            The purpose of the laboratory component of the course is several-fold. It reinforces the material you have learned in class and it gives you a chance to apply your knowledge. You will learn some important experimental techniques that are necessary for you to become an effective chemist. The lab will allow you to delve more deeply in some topics and perhaps to cover others that we will not have time to touch upon during class. It will require you to learn how to deal with complexity, both in experimentation and data analysis, which is an important component of any scientist's expertise. Two of the lab reports first semester are to be given orally. Oral reports are aids to you in learning how to express your scientific ideas verbally, something you will need to do the rest of your life.

Botany Laboratory:

Our well spacious and well ventilated Botany lab provides specimens, microscopes, permanent slides, latest method of physiological experiment, Genetics, section cutting of plants, demonstration dissection etc . Botany lab is well equipped for undergraduate students to perform various botany practical which are necessary for the study of the structure, properties, and biochemical processes of all forms of plant life, as well as plant classification, plant diseases, and the interactions of plants with their physical environment. The lab activity also involves the field trips to study the flora related to Medicinal and economically important plants in the surrounding region. The field trips are really exciting experience for the students and they learn a lot about the subject matter. Above this the well qualified and experienced faculties are really an advantage for the students who at every step are there to help the student. The lab is well equipped with instruments like Microscope (Compound, Dissecting), Anemometer, Dry and wet bulbs thermometer, Rain Gauge etc. Botany practicals covered during the session are Section cutting, Taxonomic studies, physiological & ecological experiment, Study of community, Biochemical analysis etc.

Zoology Laboratory:

Our Zoology Laboratory provides the students with a suitable environment to develop a detailed understanding of the animal kingdom by exploring the physical, morphological and physiological characteristics of animals. The laboratory presents through its instruments an ideal place for undergraduate students to study the histology of various cells, tissues and organs. Zoology makes a huge impact on our world through the scientific study of the evolution, anatomy, physiology, behavior, habitats, and health of animals and humans. It includes diverse approaches such as electron microscopy, molecular genetics, and field ecology.

Computer Laboratory and Projector Room:

Our Computer laboratory serves as the center for teaching computer use to whole class. Classroom teachers also use the lab with their classes for research, or for creating technology-based projects. Modern computers are electronic computer hardware. Computers have created a very effective information system to help streamline the management of an organization. This makes it a much needed tool for every business, banking, government, entertainment, daily life, industry, education, and administration.

            A projector or Image projector is an optical device that projects an image onto a surface, commonly a projection screen. Our faculty train students by preparing power point presentation on subject related topics and videos. Several digital classes and online training programs were conducted in this projector room.
